Backup is ISIS as D Conway says. It is solid state for attitude and should last for 5 hours on battery power. Airbus and Boeing have recently changed stall procedure to include REDUCING power due to possibility of pitch up from underslung engines overpowering full forward elevator at low speed. Tom
