Aussie pilot David Jansen has secured the first day win at the Grand Prix
World Championships in Wasserkuppe Germany.  Congratulations David!

We have finished the first official competition day of the 4th Sailplane
Grand Prix successfully. Congratulations to the winner’s of the day: David
Jansen with 73, 20 km/h. David Hauss is following on second place (62,13
km/h) followed closly by Sebastian Nägel (61,61 km/h).

We can close the first competition day with 9 outlandings and 10 pilots
which could finish the race. It’s can’t get even more exciting.
