Guys as I read the QLD requirements there is no need to have a "long Vehicle sign"; just the "do not overtake turning vehicle" sign and the Horizontal Diagonal thing which must be at least 0.16 square meters in area.
I presume that the trailer in the pic satisfies the ACT/NSW requirements??
