  I always thought the Canadian Udo rigger with lateral adjustment option to be 
best. Udo Rumpf passed away a few years ago. As far as I know nobody bought his 
tooling and parts inventory. A used one:

Sorry, you'd still need to ship these from N. America. But perhaps using a 
welder and laying up glass on your wing....
