Note they say:
These products have reached their end of life years ago. We can
unfortunately only provide limited support. Repairs are still
performed, replacement part availability provided.
Best to contact them direct. I can't even put together a package of a
number of them to save shipping as it is expensive nowadays and if an
incoming package is over A$1000 it requires a full customs clearance.
That alone takes about 3 weeks unless you hire a customs agent for
some expensive amount. We won't do it for free either.

I spent a fair bit of time and energy 20 years ago trying to steer
the Flight Recorder thing in the low cost direction but the IGC
people did otherwise so that's what we've ended up with. It is a sad
tale of commercial interest and influence. I serious considered
returning my Gold C and 2 diamonds to the IGC and promptly lost
interest in the IGC, badges and records. I used to think gliding
administration was merely inept.
Prices of new FRs have fallen dramatically though in the last couple
of years but you can buy any number of GPS chips with
attached memory for under $100 which would do the job. Even in a
nice enclosure. See here:

Pity the IGC demanded the pressure sensor (pointless since SA was
turned off permanently in May 2000) and fancy security because they
didn't trust the Official Observers.
After looking at that eBay page you may wonder why.
Don't forget also that the IGC can withdraw approval of a particular
FR design at any time if it has been shown to be compromised. They
already have restricted the approvals of the earlier CAI designs.
