Gee Emilis, my old-timers disease is worse than I thought:-(

I don't have the foggiest memory of doing that!

Now I'm REALLY scared.

But while talking about wave, it always crosses my mind if there is any indication of it. Bernard and I were aloft in his ASH a few weeks ago and there were curious looking wave clouds around, amongst and a bit above the Cu but we failed to contact anything at about 7K',

And 2 weeks ago, I was solo in a K21 and a similar situation,

Saturday had a steady NW wind at Whitwarta but there were no indications of anything wavy.

The best wave in SA as the pic shows is in the worst possible airspace. Last Monday morning there was a magnificent lenny over Adelaide Hills and another behind the Hummock Range at the head of Gulf St Vincent.

So in SA, there is plentiful wave at times but the means to get to it through launch method, lack of an O2 kit and airspace problems wreck the usability.
