Well most providers are reselling Office365 now a days.

But you can't use Skype for Business in Au with a PBX through office365 as MS don't have the telecoms licenses, so you need to either setup a phone system yourself or buy it from a reseller. But it really depends on what your trying to do.

This I don’t get. Why not just buy Office365 if you (your clients)
wanted exchange. Same thing. Much better reliability and much better
interface and feature set (you get Skype for Biz and OneDrive) and
hosted in Australia (if you setup your Tennent and register with an
Australian company)

They are still over in Dubai with no Australian support. The only reason Web

Have you been living under a rock for the last few months?
They, Dreamscape Networks have listed on the Au Stock Exchange and they have
the Ex IInet and Internode CEO on the board. They have money and have been
buying every single major company that Hosttopia and others hasn't purchased,
to the extent that we only have a few major players left in Au now for website
hosting.
Servers Australia have been buying up heaps in the dedicated and Cloud Server
space as well.
I was reading a post on WHT Au from 2009 on this exact subject of hosting
providers buying each other out and most of the companies in the thread have
either gone bust or been acquired.
