As announced at the conference, the AUSNOG Pty Ltd will soon no longer exist and a new non for profit association will be formed with the members of this list being members of the association.
This will involve a constitution and the directors being responsible to the members and I would hope the election of a board by the membership, if females nominate to be elected to the board then we can only hope that they are elected. The perspective of a female board member, maybe more than one would I’m sure be welcomed but while AUSNOG is a company, they can do what they want, how they want and with the directors of the for profit company they choose.
