Yes, it does need to be discussed... but not on Ausnog. This is an operational list relating to the Operations of the industry, not the stupid actions of some scumbag people. No matter how bad, it is not what this list is about and flooding the list with the discussion of such matters with drowning out the effectiveness of the list as a whole... as it is likely to be a passionate discussion.
