It isn't "fancy stuff," it's a standard part of their service. NBN with a business pack, open a ticket and they'll route prefixes for you.

(IPv6 prefixes too)

I have no idea whether it's hard or annoying to get them to fix it when it breaks because, touch wood, it hasn't. It just does what it says on the box.

Unfortunately the Internode of old has gone and is now just a TPG clone and getting them to do fancy stuff like this on basically a consumer service is hard now. And if they do getting them to fix it is annoying when they break something

    Although that said there was a several day hiatus during the
    switchover where they messed up half of their router configuration
    so we could only contact about half the internet..
