I have no idea whether it's hard or annoying to get them to fix

TPG clone and getting them to do fancy stuff like this on
basically a consumer service is hard now. And if they do getting

You absolutely can, because they do it for us :)
Although that said there was a several day hiatus during the
switchover where they messed up half of their router
configuration so we could only contact about half the internet..
