A quick update on this. We have updated the links at the restricted area behind

https://www.opengroup.org/austin/login.html

and they now include a link to the pdf of the “Latest Issue 8 Interim Build 
Draft”. This is updated whenever the Issue8 branch ci/cd pipeline is executed.

As noted on the draft, please do not use it for bug reporting; also note this 
is the raw build output so does not contain full front matter, pdf properties, 
sequential pdf page numbering that we usually do as  post process when issuing 
a review draft.
