Summary: Processing order for find's path operands
Description:
XCU 1.4 "Utility Description Defaults" says under
OPERANDS:
Unless otherwise stated, the standard utilities that
accept operands shall process those operands in the order specified in the
command line.

It is not clear how this applies to the find utility, which has two
different types of operand and describes some of them being processed in a
non-default way (as an expression). An explicit statement should be added
about the processing order for operands of the other type (the path
operands).

Desired Action:
On page 2941 line 98187 section find, after:
Each path
operand is a pathname of a starting point in the file
hierarchy.
append a sentence:
The path
operands shall be processed in the order specified in the command
line.
