It's important that *applications* support both IPv4 and IPv6. Since the
specification is accessible via IPv4, it's accessible to everyone who
supports both IPv4 and IPv6. It'd be nice if both were supported, sure, but
since that's non-trivial, I think it's fine. This site is in good company;
according to https://www.ipxo.com/blog/ipv6-adoption/ only 24.9% of
websites are accessible via IPv6.

I recommend closing this issue as "won't fix" due to the non-trivial effort
& the lack of need (people can just use IPv4 instead).
