Since the specification is accessible via IPv4, it's accessible to everyone who supports both IPv4 and IPv6. It'd be nice if both were supported, sure, but since that's non-trivial, I think it's fine. This site is in good company; according to https://www.ipxo.com/blog/ipv6-adoption/ only 24.9% of websites are accessible via IPv6. I recommend closing this issue as "won't fix" due to the non-trivial effort & the lack of need (people can just use IPv4 instead).
