We asked IANA for their input on how this should be handled.  Because Sections 
4.1 <https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc8126.html#section-4.1> and 4.2 
<https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc8126.html#section-4.2> of RFC 8126 
differentiate between Private and Experimental Use, they would like 
confirmation that separate ranges for Private and Experimental Use are not 
needed.
