Hi Sandy,
Sorry for the delay. Warren and I have been missing each other lately
but finally did sync up today.
We want to do the least amount of change possible while somehow adding a
reference (and we don't think removing the reference is the right
choice).
So, I suggest we do the following:
1. Copy the sentence that works in the abstract ("This document also
incorporates the revised IANA DNSSEC considerations from RFC9157.")
2. Insert it into the introduction (with a reference) just before the
last sentence in the 2nd paragraph so it becomes "This document also
incorporates the revised IANA DNSSEC considerations from
[RFC9157]. Additionally, as advice...."
