Updated plural to singular based on Murray's email
In Section 1, referring to "Protocol Buffers" as a plural seems weird. We're
not talking about defining individual buffers here, but rather we're describing
a single technology framework that happens to have a plural-sounding name. I
think this should all switch back to the singular. It's "Protobuf" (singular)
everywhere else in the document, so this being plural only in its definition
seems inconsistent as well. - Murray
