The complication is that once we accept the (correct) ML-KEM hyphenation in prose, the original compound "ECDHE-MLKEM" becomes inconsistent, and "ECDHE-ML-KEM" is hard to parse. The RPC's proposed title preserves the specificity while avoiding the compound, but it is a bit long in my opinion.
I suggest we go with what Bas proposed, or an alternative like:
    Post-Quantum Hybrid ML-KEM and ECDHE Key Agreement for TLS 1.3
Frankly, I'm OK with any of these - original title, Bas's proposal, the RPC's, or the alternative above.
