I cannot find an account for you at OOoAuthors. That login is completely separate from the login for Documentation on the OpenOffice.org website (and the wiki login is completely separate from both of them, though you can use the same login name as password for all, if you wish).
You may have signed up at Docs only, or perhaps something has gone wrong. At this point it doesn't matter which is the case.
