Once again I'm not able to login, even after changing both user name and password.
Here's the message that comes across:  "
Error
Login failed. Both login name and password are case sensitive, check that caps lock is not enabled."
I hope this issue can be resolved soon

Thanks for the update. Tried to reset password for authors numerous times
and never received the emails. Might look into that as well.
