I am confused by the sequence you describe. I didn't realise you could
open a file in OOo before you have saved it after downloading it (which
is why I wondered about the browser). Try downloading and saving the
file, THEN open the saved file in OOo. I just tried that (getting a new
copy of the file from the website), to see if it was corrupted
(sometimes that happens), but it seems to be fine.
