ooops... obviously I forgot to include the third argument:
setDisplayName("de", "OOo Documentation WIKI Cleanup",
"http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/User:TJFrazier/WikiBasic";
Third argument is in the publisher name, not the display name.
I am surprised that the Display name looks like English to me. I
expected at least a K on documentation, and a word other than Cleanup.
