Excellent work, Jared. (Wish I were doing as well with the Getting Started book.) I found only one incorrect cross-reference. On page 153, bottom line, "Figure 98" should be "Figure 116" as it refers to the figure at the top of the next page. I also found a two minor things, neither of them show-stoppers. * On page 62, Figure 33 and its caption should be centered. Probably the paragraph style is incorrect; it should be OOoFigure. * On page 124, Figure 83: the "d" in dialog should be capitalised. Lastly, I would like to try to shorten the index so the final page, which has only one entry, isn't needed. A few index entries need amendment anyway; once they are fixed, that last page should be gone. * There is one entry under "bitmap" and two under "bitmaps" -- suggest changing the singular "bitmap" to the plural to combine them. * There are several entries under "graphic styles" and one under "graphics styles" -- need to be one or the other. I see the dialog box calls them "graphics styles" so we probably should too. * Under "slides" on page 290, the last two subentries are "transitions" and " transitions" (the later has a blank space at the start and so it is registering as a separate entry. Remove the space. * At the bottom of the second column are two entries for "Styles and Formatting windows" -- I assume the second one has a trailing blank space that is being included.
