Thanks Jean and Zoltan.... That helped me track things down.
The files were transferred - just not to a place the old links can find.
All the documents that were stored in the old "Documents and Folders"
section are now found here:

The Base Tutorial is found here:

The PDF of the tutorial was not transfered correctly - neither was the
sample code. I replaced the broken files with the versions that were
emailed around today.
I've updated the link to the Base Tutorial on this WikiPage:

If anyone stumbles on other broken files, let me know. if we cannot
find the documents, we can raise a ticket with the Kenai transfer team
and someone can try to dig the files out of the offline backup.
