Thank you, Agnes! You asked some very good questions I have added some information in several places, which I hope make the explanations more clear.
I think it's extremely helpful to have chapters reviewed by people whose first language is not English. Agnes, you understand English very well, but you see many places where I have not written clearly, that other people do not notice. (They find different problems in my writing, so it's good to have more than one review by different people.)
