I've edited (and partially rewritten) this chapter, but I had not seen the 
note from Janet and other recent comments before doing the work, as I've 
been offline for a long time. Therefore my version may need some major 
revision after I consider those notes. It definitely still needs some work 
(including amended screenshots), and some of the content may need to be 
moved elsewhere.

I've uploaded it to the GS feedback folder for comment by others.
