I was hesitant to use to many bullets in this chapter...I thought it would encourage the reader to "skim" through the text. But it does seem to work nicely.
Most people prefer to skim than to read. In my case (and other people I've talked to), I'm actually more likely to recall information that was set out in bullets, because I didn't have to work so hard to read it in the first place.
The screen shots, though do need some work. I think mine included too much of the screen, and thus made them unreadable at the image size available, and the new ones are the opposite.
I quite agree. I forget where those snippit images I used came from originally (some marketing material, no doubt), but they definitely aren't good for this chapter.
