correcting a translation, i wonder about the following:
each chapter of the User Guide contain this "standard" disclaimer:
"The contents of this Documentation are subject to the Public Documentation License, Version 1.0 (the "License"); you may only use this Documentation if you comply with the terms of this License."
in my understanding, PDL, as well as GPL does *not* impose any restriction on the usage (1), only on distribution, so "you may only use ... if ..." does not make much sense (IMO, our translations of the entire paragraph looks a little scary, but i raised this concern on our own list)
the only part of the PDL which may be related to some usage restrictions seems section 9.0 "U.S. GOVERNMENT END USERS"
(1) quote from PDL text:
"a world-wide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, prepare Modifications of, compile, publicly perform, publicly display, demonstrate, market, disclose and distribute the Documentation in any form, on any media or via any Electronic Distribution Mechanism or other method now known or later discovered, and to sublicense the foregoing rights to third parties through multiple tiers of sublicensees in accordance with the terms of this License"
