We might as well go for broke and conform to what everyone else does:
Spreadsheet --> Workbook
Sheet --> Worksheet

But I would just as soon leave it alone...for the sake of being
different.  I think that spreadsheet and sheet are synonymous and _are_
very difficult to use...I catch myself confusing them constantly.

But I am flexible on this...Workbook and Worksheet seem like good
substitutes.
