I have made some amendments to the proposed new template, as follows: On the title page: * Added "OpenOffice.org" in a footer, and made it a hidden text field, so it disappears when part of a full book. * Removed the "TitlePage" section, which as far as I can tell is unnecessary.
On the Copyright page: * Added the copyright symbol after the word "Copyright". * Added the statement "All trademarks within this guide belong to legitimate owners." * Added a topic, "Publication date and software version". This information belongs somewhere in this document, but where I've put it may not be the best place. I'm open to suggestions for improvements. On the Contents pages: * Removed field from page header (because it was picking up the "Copyright" heading) and replaced it with "Contents" as text. In the table sample on page 1, I changed the background colour of the white rows from "no fill" to "white".
