Hi guys,

I just found a neat editing trick. Say you're editing a chapter, and you
want to set all all instances of the word 'Alt' to the OOoKeystroke
character style:

  1. Edit > Find & Replace.
  2. Search for: Alt
  3. Click on 'Find All'
  4. Open the Stylist and double click on OOoKeystroke

Voila!

The trick lies in the fact that when you select 'Find All', every instance
of the word 'Alt' is highlighted. So you can apply a style to all of them
symultaneously.

Add another round for Ctrl and Shift and you will have saved yourself a
lot of tedious copy-editing.

This can be convenient for people who don't want to keep going to the
Stylist every time they type in 'Shift'.

Cheers,
