well, as Daniel requested the images for a specific purpose, i imagine that purpose is fulfilled by one specific license, which probably should be specified in the request (if we get anal about licenses).
also i'm not sure if placing the submission under one single license (other than PD) is workable, it may need relicensing later. (of course, this should not be a problem for me as i published a lot of such things under PD)
