This file has already been pre-published for V2. Linda, I guess I'm not clear on this...does "pre-published" mean it is beyond revision? If it is (which I find odd) where should these topics be addressed? I believe they are important...but I can't think of a better place than in the "Printing" chapter. BTW, what do you think of the outline...any suggestions? No the file isn't beyond revsion but do we really need this in the printing section of Calc?  I think it is better suited to be in the Getting Started Guide or Writer guide so that is why I did not add them to the Calc chapter. I will look over the outline in just a bit.  I believe there is another section of Calc that I am migrating, Charts and Graphs I think.  :-) Thanks Linda
