Linda and Janet have already said "yay" off-list, and Ian previously agreed to the CC license (our first draft of the copyright agreement). So I don't forsee any problems at all. But I still think it's important to get the last few names.
Below is the email I sent before. If you agree, please reply to this email with the text "I agree".

If you agree to release all your contributions to the User Guide 2 under these terms, please respond to this email and indicate so. Respond to the list, so the response goes into the archive. Please say something more complete than "+1". We don't need to make it overly formal. Just saying "yes, I agree" will do.
