Oh, I forgot to give you instructions.

By default, everyone can see the contents of the jp folder, but they can't
edit it.

How to give write access to the jp folder:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1) The volunteer must give you a username. For example, it is 'jweber'.
2) Go to the jp folder: http://oooauthors.org/jp
3) Click on the 'sharing' tab.
4) Scroll down to the section "Add sharing permissions". Put the username
as the 'Search Term' and click on 'perform search'.
5) When the page reloads:
 - scroll down to "Search results".
 - select the username.
 - Role to assign: Author.
 - click 'assign local role to selected user(s)'.
Presto!
Now the user can add, edit, remove files, etc.
How to remove access to the jp folder:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1) Go to the sharing tab.
2) Select the user name from the list at the top.
3) Click on 'delete selected role(s)'.

If you have problems, let me know. I think I did everything right, but I
might have made a mistake when setting up the folder.

Cheers,
