Wondering if
a) my knowledge of dBase 3, and using Windows Paint would be enough to
qualify for Silver and Gold INGOTS. ( I don't know SQL, nor do I know
how to use Draw.)[I can do/have done everything else those two
certifications require.)]
b) Whether the users guides have enough information for somebody to
qualify for office component part of the Silver, or Gold
certification.
