Hmm... I didn't think it was in need of a total re-write, but to each his own.
It's for copyright reasons actually. The earlier chapter was written by Vincenzo and Carol Leather. Neither of which has agreed to the new copyright, and one of which has changed emails and can no longer be reached.
Since we are not allowed to use their work under the new copyright, it must be rewritten.

Also, the whole like second half of his articles, about inserting charts, is pretty much covered in the chapter Linda (I think) wrote about inserting charts in Excel. In the chapter, I added an explanation of just about every chart type there is.
HTH, let me know what I can do to help. On my tips page, I have some info about anchoring that I got from the users list if it helps in explaining it, as that is probably the most important part of the chapter. :)
