The chapter still contains a bunch of passive sentences that I
missed on my last edit, but whoever gets time first can catch them

Sorry, Peter. I had moved it to the Published folder but forgot to
change the state to Published. Fixed now.

No, I didn't get a chance to do it. I don't consider it to be a high
priority at this time, because there are not that many passive sentences
left (between the two of us, we have changed most of them, and some are
in the "appropriate" category anyway). If you want to give the chapter
another pass, and have time to do it, that would be great. Otherwise, I
think it can wait until later. Up to you. I'm happy either way.
