One of the memebers in Korean translation team informed me that there seems to be an error in page 2 of the document.
" Help - Tips When Help Tips are active, one or two words will appear when you hover the cursor over an icon or field on the main OOo window. This setting also affects the display of notes: if both Help Tips and Extended Tips are turned off, then you won’t see the contents of a note when you hover the cursor on the note. ".
I belive that the last sentence was meant to be
"then you won’t see the contents of a note when you
hover the cursor over an icon or field.".
The last sentence is correct as written, but the explanation is not clear. I will revise it. The explanation is trying to say that Help Tips and Extended Tips affect two things: what you see when you hover the cursor over an icon or field, and what you see when you hover the cursor over a note (which is not part of the user interface; it is something in an OOo file). The last sentence refers to notes.
