Hey gang,
I hate to do this, but it's necessary. I've made some changes to the chapter template in order to make the Master Documents work for the books.

Don't worry, you don't have to change the chapters you've already done! I'll fix them. But please get the new template for any new chapters.

Here is a summary of the changes:

1) On the cover page, the information must now be typed in, rather than inserted from the DocProperties. This is because when the chapters go into the Master Doc, all that info in the Properties becomes the properties of the master doc, not the individual chapters, and the chapter title pages lose their info.

2) I've moved the location of the book name and made the chapter number paragraph and chapter title paragraph all one para (with a line break between, and a space before the chapter title... all of this so the info comes out sensibly in the ToC. Other choices were messy... this works very nicely. The Paragraph Style is OOoHeading0, which existed before but now has changed attributes.

3) I've created a new heading style, OOoHeadingFirst, for the first heading on the first page of the body of the document. It has the "page break before" attribute necessary to make the MD work. I did not put that attribute on OOoHeading 1, or every OOoHeading1 would start on a new page in the MD -- not good! I've amended the ToC so it recognises this new paragraph style.

4) I've slightly changed the FrontMatter section so the page styles comes out right in the MD when that section is hidden.

I'm sure there's something else... but that's all I can remember right now.

Cheers, Jean
