maybe something like "Die Seite zur Erstellung der 
OpenOffice.org-Dokumentation", although if you try to translate as 
near as possible it would be "Die Entwicklungsseite der 
OpenOffice.org-Dokumentation" ... ;)
But maybe some of the others of the Germanophone project have a 
better idea ... ;)

I think with the text above you do not need any UTF-8 
characters ... ;)
