Hi Chris, Thanks for the feedback. I do remember putting something about outline numbering on their earlier this week. The trouble is that the "rank" of the answer is based on peoples feedback, and this starts at zero. So until people actually start supplying feedback, the more generic search answers stay at the bottom of the list. I mention the more generic ones, as if you hit an exact match in your search that is not common, it will return a few, sometimes a single answer only. Remember that anybody can contribute materials to the KB. Simply click on the contribute button and add your Q/A combination. It will then be moderated and added usually within 24hours to the full KB base for people to access.
