This should be the last update or so. At this point I think I've gotten
everything right:

* Per Nicu's tip, the image is now indexed with no diethering (whatever
that is). The result looks really good. The shadow looks good as do the
letters. And the file is even smaller. This one is 16kb. Now it should
be quite good for dialup users.
* Set the bottom links to sans.
* "Fixed" the Japanese link. I have no idea how though. The old one
should have worked. All I did was interchange the ja and fr maps.
/daniel scratches his head.
* I made the <hr> a little less wide, since the sans font is less wide.
That should do it.
