Hi John,
Can you check that it was uploaded OK? I don't see a new version in the
Writer feedback folder.
You should go to
http://oooauthors.org/en/authors/userguide2/writer/feedback/ and select
Add New Item -> File.
When I try it now, I only see the Document option, which could be your
problem (I've seen this before and it seems to sort itself out; but I
don't know what the cause is).
If you can't upload the file, email it to me directly.
