That does occur (every time)...but I have also noted that some of the
text in a table's column is arbitrarily broken at the line breaks. For
example "bottom" becomes

botto
m

There is not even an attempt at proper hyphenation?

I am using OOo 2.0 (the so-called "stable" release) on Windoze 2000 and
Gentoo Linux.

thankfully there will be a "quick fix" update, OOo 2.0.1 in November.
