The review system in OOoauthors requires the reviewer, in this case obviously Jean, to add her initials (JHW) and the date the file was last edited to the basename of the file+initials of maintainer (Dan L), all separated with _ Perhaps the lack of the leading 0109GS- causes a little confusion here?
