Hello Pui Lam,
I just made a change to the Chinese folder. I don't think there should
be any adverse effects, but I'd like you to take a look and let me know
if you find any problems.
I removed some permissions because after testing for some time, it looks
like they are not really necessary to actually edit/add/delete files and
folders. From an administration POV it's good to keep the settings as
simple as possible.
Please let me know if something breaks. I will be watching this list.
For the record, this is what I removed:
* Add Documents, Images, and Files
* Add Folders
* Add portal folders
* Change Images and Files
* Copy or Move
* Delete objects
* Request review
* Undo changes
* Use external editor
* View
For the admins, the set of instructions I followed are here:

If Pui Lam doesn't have any problems with the Chinese folder, I'd like
to move these instructions to the management folder and keep using them
in the future.
My goal when making these was to find the simplest set of rules that
would allow people to work. Hopefully this will make the language
folders harder to break and easier to fix.
Cheers,
Daniel.

the light reflecting off a cloud of spherical droplets, there is no
rainbow. The whole universe is like that. Our spirits stand at a 23
degree angle to the universe. There is some new thing created at the
contact of photon and retina, some space between rock and mind."
