Hi Erich,

please let me have a brief statement on the german project, in
case there is one - thnx!
Which kind of statement? Mentioning the printed OOoAuthors books?
yep, maybe you could provide me link, in case we have a german project already, for I found only english documentations up to now. actually I know just a little bit about the whole community incl. possibilities etc... in case you are 'the one' to tell me a little more at time, feel free to use my @ provided below.
The germanophone's project site is at http://de.openoffice.org. You are welcome to join the mailinglists (see http://de.openoffice.org/dev/about-mailinglist.html).

Books and Literature are listed at http://de.openoffice.org/about-literatur.html Free (non-printed documentation) is listed here: http://de.openoffice.org/doc/index.html
There is not mauch for 2.0 right now, but we all hope, this will improove.

Unfortunately we still have a licensing-issue. OOoAuthors has been aware for a long time, that the PDL should be used for documents, that should be listed at the OOo site. I've been happy to see, that a solution for the problem has been discussed here, almost all agreed .. but there ist still no final agreement about OOoAuthor's documentations and PDL.

André
