Every book produced by Henztenwerke publishing uses sentence style
capitalization, they require it.
Thinking in Java by Bruce Eckel uses it.
Prentice Hall Handbook for Writers uses it for all headings except for
the highest level (so they use both in their book)
Looks like the O'Reilly books do NOT use it.
Slide Rule Simplified by the American Technological Society uses ALL
CAPITAL LETTERS FOR ALL OF THEIR HEADINGS.
