I have also not voted (yet?) but for a different set of reasons:

(TM) services and ezmlm
- I am *against* list move if this will break the archives (we talked
only about migrating the subscribers)
By "break", do you mean that they would be spread over two different
sites? (emails before the move at user-faq.ooo and after the move at
oooauthors.org). Or are you worried that the old emails would be lost
entirely?
ezmlm should be able to export to mbox format, which Mailman should be
able to read. I am not experienced with either, but this looks like a
problem that must have been solved before. I doubt we would be the first
people moving from ezmlm to Mailman.
In the worst case scenario, I should be able to write a script to
download the archives from ezmlm into mbox format. And I should be able
to write another script to turn those into Mailman's format, whatever it
is (prob mbox). This would probably be a fair bit of work and I'd rather
not do it if I don't have to, but it's an option.
Cheers,
Daniel.
